AA Welcome Greetings

2 ways to change the welcome greetings

First method

• press *98+AA number using any phone. Ex: Dial *9870, if 70 is your AA.
• Record the greetings
• Hang up the phone
• The greeting will be automatically assigned to the AA

The recorded file will be placed in the <pbx-working-dir>/recordings. If you pick up the phone and dial 70, you will hear the new greetings

Second method

• Record a file (use 8kHz mono, 16 bit file) using whatever means you have.
• Go to AA’s “IVR” tab and click on the “Browse” next to *9870.
• Select the recorded file.
• Click “Save”
