The Grandstream GXP-2000 that we used here was using "Program-- 1.0.1.12 Bootloader-- 1.0.1.2".

Manual Configuration

The PBX does currently not support plug and configuration for the Grandstream. But configuring the device manually is also not a big problem.

Just go the web interface and log in (default password is "admin"). You can then go straight to the account setting and set the "Account Name" (e.g. 123), "SIP Server" (e.g. localhost), the "SIP User ID" (e.g. 123), "Authenticate ID" (e.g. 123), the "Authenticate Password" (e.g. bigsecret) and the "Outbound Proxy" (e.g. 192.168.1.2).

Make sure that the "Account Active" is "yes" and that the account does a "SIP Registration". Do not use the NAT traversal stuff, this ist just creating problems with the different NAT types.

Press the Update button - then the phone should reboot, register the account and you should be all set.

DTMF

Please make sure that you are using RFC 2833. INFO is also suitable, but does not tell the other side how long a key has been pressed.
