Agent Group Redirection
The target for the redirection out of the queue in the event of waiting too long was ignored and the redirection target for the ringing was used instead. This has been corrected in 2.1.14.
Grandstream HT
These devices are typically used for FAX. When the PBX signals that the incoming call is a external call, the device uses a different alert tone (which is correct). However that has the problem that some FAX devices do not detect FAX any more. Therefore, we suppress the Alert-Info header in the case that a Grandstream HT device is being called. However, for custom ringtones we keep the Alert-Info header the way it was.
RedHat Race Condition
In the RedHat build, we found a (rare) race condition that could cause an unintended wakeup call. It seems that this problem depends on the operating system and processor type; however also other operating system types and processors could be affected so that we recommend upgrading the system to the 2.1.14 build.
tel:alias
On inbound calls on trunks, tel:-alias are only resolved on trunks that are visible in all domain dial plans. Otherwise domains can "steal" away calls from other domains by using a alias that does not belong to the domain.
Speed-Dial CDR
When a user calls a speed dial, a call return or call redial or calls a cell phone in the domain through a star code, the CDR did not show the resolved destination.
The exposure of the cell phone number is debatable. However, it must be possible to bill this call properly, therefore we decided that the cell phone number becomes visible.
Conference Room Identification
When two ad-hoc conference rooms were using the same PIN, they were bridged into one conference mixer.
Domain Extension Limit
The limit for the number of extensions per domain was broken and has been fixed. This is important for hosted PBX services.
Challenge Loop with qop="auth"
When qop was set to "auth" the PBX had problems to determine if it already tried to answer the callenge or not. That could lead to a packet storm when the password was not right or the account did not exist. The new version addresses this with a counter that stops after a certain time of tries.
